Mon to Fri 8.45am to 5.30pm
Due to an ever increasing busy Estate Operative and Cleaning Temp Desk we are looking for a new recruit to join our team. It will be essential for all applicants to have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and IT skills with the ability to learn our systems with ease. This is a busy fast paced environment and so all applicants must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Your role will be to forge and foster good relationships with all temporary workers and clients alike. You will also take and make bookings, answer the telephone, take up and scan references as required by the Team Leader, ensure all Temporary Workers availability is correct and up to date on the in house system, assist in the weekly chasing of outstanding timesheets, assist with timesheet queries, complete all official forms in relation to Temporary Workers as required, and assist with any other ad hoc projects as an when they arise.
Previous block property management administration or temp desk recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
