Senior Recruitment Consultant

Basic £27.5k - £40k + Commission and Benefits‎ (25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Healthcare,

Mon to Fri 8.45am – 5.30pm


Due to growth in our business Claibon are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. 

You will be a 360 Recruiter conducting the entire process of filling permanent positions.  You will also be actively involved in supporting the busy Temporary Desk in collaboration with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants.  You will be responsible for managing and growing the client portfolio, leading by example and influencing the development of others, sourcing candidates via a multitude of channels and conducting thorough face to face interviews.

This is a fast paced environment and you must be able to hit the ground running and have a solid proven track record and sound previous experience.  Claibon specialises in private residential BLOCK property management recruiting across the board (Estate Ops, Cleaners, Caretakers, Concierge, Duty Managers, Estate Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Managers) and you must have experience in recruiting at all levels.  Highly advantageous for applicants to have a background in this sector or property (leasehold, block management) related however those from hospitality industry would also be considered.
