Our client is a long established and reputable fine art publishers situated in Chelsea. They are in need of an amazing ultra-efficient Customer Service & Sales Administrator to provide support to a team by dealing with telephone and email enquiries, process orders, organise exportations overseas and deal with all paperwork.
You will be both reactive and proactive in helping the company to achieve higher sales and profits, have the right skills and attitude to provide the finest customer service in the market and to be able to resolve queries and problems quickly and efficiently. You will be answering customer queries received by phone and email from clients in the UK and worldwide, respond to and document all customer service enquiries, process orders and payments, update customer details, escalate issues to management team, assist the sales and marketing manager on a daily basis.
Must have excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner, confident communicator, organised, strong administration skills with a very keen eye for fine details. It would be advantageous for candidates to already have an interest and knowledge in fine art but not essential. Must be familiar with Word/Excel, and also ideally Sage 200 would be an advantage.
