Our Client is seeking a Estates & Operations Manager to work with in their Customer Services team. You will be responsible for managing third party agents appointed to manage numerous developments, ensuring compliance with legislation surrounding the residential developments. Aesthetically each development will be maintained to the highest standard and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in all estate/communal matters and developing and growing the new community. You must have good verbal communication skills, be flexible, numerate and able to work on own initiative. An excellent level of Excel, MS Word and administrative skills is required and the candidate must be IRPM qualified and knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. In this role you will be working alongside the Customer Services Manager, you will be expected to spend at least 1 -2 days at each development per week therefore you will need your own vehicle.
