This well respected property management company is looking for a Temporary Property Assistant to work within the Block Management department. You will be working with both Property Managers and Service Charge Accountants to ensure the smooth running of the team. This is a busy office where the workload is constant so the ideal candidate must be able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Duties will include producing and sending out correspondence to clients, leaseholders, site staff and contractors, the production of Section 20 notices, filing, issuing works orders, answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries, using the software Qube, producing invoices, issuing keys, overseeing insurance claims, maintaining the database of lessees, and other general ad hoc office administration task as instructed by the Property Managers.
Whilst previous experience in property management is desirable, it is not essential, and this is a role where there is a great opportunity to learn and scope for career progression in the industry. You must be organised, enthusiastic, have good administration and IT skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
