Our client is looking for an ultra-dynamic, polished and professional Estate Manager for this brand new ultra-exclusive riverside residential development in Lambeth.

The Estate Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Estate at an operational level and be the key client liaison with the residents and managing agent.  The role relates to planning, delivering and managing the services and being responsible and accountable for ensuring all Health, Safety & Compliance processes and procedures are implemented.

Key duties will be to manage, motivate and lead a large team of Concierge, Estate Operatives and Cleaning staff who work in front of house, security, cleaning, and maintenance roles. Health and Safety, Budget and Contract management are essential skills together with excellent customer service skills, leadership, excellent verbal & written communication, and the ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities.

The successful candidate will have either 5* Hotel Management Experience OR High End Residential Management experience, knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines, excellent customer care, be able to proactively liaise with contractors and residents, be aware of all Health and Safety procedures and protocols, be extremely well presented, organised, confident and hard working. IRPM qualified preferred, or willingness to obtain within first year of employment.
