Our client is a property owner and investment company located near Green Park tube station. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team for three months on a temp basis. The role will be to undertake bank reconciliations, processing invoices on the purchase ledger and also raising invoices to leaseholders. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and should have all-round accounts & finance experience. Other duties: preparing Services BACS/CHAPS payments, posting receipts from Lessees, collecting Tenant arrears, dealing with enquiries. The successful candidate needs to be available for an immediate start and have QUICKBOOKS experience and have excellent IT skills.
