Due to an ever increasing busy Temp Desk we are looking for a new recruit to join our team. It will be essential for all applicants to have excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and IT skills with the ability to learn our systems with ease. This is a busy fast paced environment and so all applicants must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Your role will be to take and make bookings working in the busy Temp Desk team, answer the telephone, take up and scan references as required by perm recruitment consultants, ensure all new Temporary Workers Availability is correct and up to date on the in house system, draft a daily list of available new Temporary Workers then call to confirm availability, assist in the weekly chasing of outstanding timesheets, assist the Payroll Administrator with timesheet queries, complete all official forms in relation to Temporary Workers as required, and assist with any other ad hoc projects as an when they arise.
Previous block property management administration or temp desk recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
