The role involves maintaining high standards across communal areas, liaising effectively with residents, managing agents, contractors, and ancillary staff, and ensuring health, safety, and fire safety compliance. You will play a key role in inspections, reporting, contractor supervision, and supporting cleaning operations, while providing a visible, professional presence for residents.
