Seeking experienced Porters and Caretakers to provide perm staff holiday coverage during December and the first week of January all working in private residential apartment blocks located in Central London. Generally the hours will be 8am to 5pm/7am to 4pm/8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding 25th and 26th December although we do have single shifts available on those bank holiday days which are paid at double time. Duties will including a combination of front desk reception duties, keys and parcel management, regular building safety and fire prevention checks, collecting residents domestic refuse bags, light cleaning duties and maintaining a thorough written log of all activities to pass to the permanent staff upon their return to work.
