Our client is seeking a well presented, experienced, self-motivated and organised Concierge for this well-established apartment block close to Limehouse station. They are looking for someone trustworthy with good organisational skills, good manual dexterity and great customer service skills. All applicants must have a strong proven track record and be able to produce solid references.
The role will involve basically running the day to day operation of the building and be the first point of contact for residents. Must have good communication skills and IT skills t be able to liaise closely with residents and the managing agents on all issues from reactive maintenance to new tenants details etc. The role will involve some basic DIY duties from changing light bulbs to watering the gardens and sweeping the forecourt, rubbish collection etc. Other duties include post distribution, signing for residents parcels, conducting health and safety checks, maintaining security throughout the premises and being ready and available to assist the demands of the residents.
