Our client is looking for a Concierge to be part of the team delivering outstanding customer service and to be responsible for providing a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment to a new private residential development. The most important attribute of this job is excellent customer service, hard work and dedication and the desire to make a difference in what can be a challenging and rewarding environment. Key duties will be ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services at the development, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The successful candidate should have a professional attitude to service provision, the ability to resolve complaints effectively, a can do attitude, a flexible approach, and be polite and courteous. You MUST have at least 2 years experience of working in a service related, customer facing capacity and you MUST hold a valid SIA and CCTV Licence.
