We are looking for an experienced Concierge with strong customer service skills as well as strong IT and administrative skills who is used to working in a busy environment and able to multi task. The role is working in a team at a large modern residential development in South West London within good reach of Imperial Wharf overground station and Fulham Broadway tube station. Immediate start available! However, candidates must be prepared to undertake trials working via our agency initially to be considered for the perm job to enable you to get to know the team and duties so both you and the employer can assess your suitability before you commit to the role permanently because they are looking for a long term permanent person to settle down amongst the team. Must have a bright and personable disposition and the ability to engage confidently with residents whilst also updating records and information to share with the team and management staff. Must be an excellent team player. The series of several trial shifts will be paid at our agency rate of £8.91 plus holiday pay and paid weekly. The Concierge will not only act as a security presence for the development with regular patrols and checks of the development but also be the front of house ambassador for the residents. Must have good Health and Safety and Fire Prevention knowledge and experience. You must be extremely polished, experienced and professional. An essential part of the role will be updating computerised records so you will need good IT skills. key and diary management and keeping reception tidy etc. All applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be very smart with a strong solid proven track record. You must be able to produce excellent references. You must have an eye for detail, maintain good records of events whilst ensuring a first-class reception service.
