Immaculate Door person required to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main forecourt and external areas of this prestigious development. The Door person’s role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring superior levels of customer service are achieved that meets the residents needs and expectations. Security of the development is also a fundamental part of the role, the post holder will be expected to carry out routine security duties to ensure that the development and it’s occupiers are secure at all times.
Duties will include meeting and greeting all owners, visitors and members of the general public upon arrival at the building, assisting owners and residents with transportation of items from their vehicles / outside and into the development, providing a car valet services to all residents as and when required, completing security checks, ensuring the external and internal areas of the development are kept clean and tidy, reporting any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the General Manager, providing temporary assistance at the Concierge desk as and when required, dealing with all general telephone enquiries and logging messages, monitoring CCTV, and supervising any keys which may be held. It is imperative that you are well presented and have good communication skills.
Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of the vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years or more and must have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years
