We are looking for experienced Temporary Day & Night Concierge to work at a residential development in Kew area. Greeting guests/residents, watching the CCTV and following up on any suspicious activities, manage guest/residents’ complaints, taking messages, pulling bins out on a bin day, doing regular patrols e.g. checking plantrooms, stairs, bin stores and external patrol and recording on the shift log accordingly, managing mail, luggage and deliveries and recording all the incoming and outgoing deliveries, answer enquiries over the phone, email, or at the desk, to stay courteous, polite, helpful to residents, their guests and the public, report any security or health and safety issues, incidents and complaints, driven, hardworking, able to take the initiative, self-motivated and flexible, able to work as part of a team. Must have excellent communication skills, customer focused, courteous and polite at all times, including while under pressure, IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, conscientious and uphold confidentiality at all times, self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues and equally adept at raising issues to management as required, able to work with staff and clients/suppliers at all levels and remain professional at all times, able to work under pressure, professional and maintain company etiquette inside and outside working hours.
