Large and expanding, private residential estate requires an Estate Caretaker/Manager to assume the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Estate in all aspects of managing and organising contractors, maintenance and repairs. The role is very hands-on and you would be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, commercial tenants, etc., and also be required to supervise, monitor and train any future staff.

Key responsibilities will include the overall control of the estate, reporting any faults/required repairs to the Managing Agent, as appropriate, attending meetings with Clients and/or its respective Board members, meeting and welcoming new residents, daily foot patrols of the entire estate, ensuring all Health and Safety standards are adhered to, litter picking, light bulb changes and basic maintenance, and being available for residents enquires either by telephone, email or in person and responding to each in a timely fashion.

The successful candidate should have previous direct experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, show initiative, and be able to demonstrate diplomacy.
