We have a part time ongoing temp role with 16 hours per week available at a modern residential development within easy reach of Hayes & Harlington station. You would be paid weekly. The purpose of the role is to manage the domestic refuse and recycling collections by rotating bins, readying them for local authority collection, sanitising bin stores, litter picking, plant and grass watering during dry weather, and generally keeping the grounds litter free. The hours can be flexible and negotiable with either two full working days on Tuesdays and Fridays, or alternatively 16 hours spread over 4 days although it is essential for some hours to take place on a Tuesday afternoon/early evening in order to ensure the communal refuse containers are moved in readiness for Council collection each Wednesday.
Candidates must have a strong proven track record, excellent employers references, good manual dexterity to be able to move the large refuse containers and excellent English communication skills and customer service skills to liaise well with the management team on site.
