Experienced Facilities Manager required for this ultra-luxurious, small residential development situated in Sunninghill, Ascot. The FM will be responsible for all aspects of the estates facilities management, maintenance and grounds to ensure the safety and compliance of the common parts and communal facilities at all times and the safety of residents, visitors and contractors.
Duties will include all aspects of managing the grounds staff, ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are being adhered to, managing any building projects and maintenance work undertaken in the common parts and communal areas, closely monitoring all estates related expenditure, drawing up maintenance schedules and setting routine programmes of work for grounds staff, monitoring all works undertaken by external contractors, liaising closely with residents with regards to any maintenance issues flagged, and being able to complete basic maintenance tasks e.g. changing lightbulbs, basic plumbing, etc.
You should have a confident and tactful personality, a flexible and enthusiastic outlook, excellent presentation, the ability to work on your own initiative, understand the importance of confidentiality, and have the ability to build meaningful rapport at all levels. BIFM/NEBOSH qualifications preferred.
