We have a client looking for an experienced Handyman to assist and undertake the efficient and effective management of various property’s across London and Kent. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clients/parties are satisfied with the service provided. Duties will include carrying out general maintenance as instructed by the managing agent, repairing door fixtures, replacing light bulbs, litter picking, basic painting and decorating, carpentry work, carpet repairs, rubbish removal, Stair nosing repairs. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar industry, a proactive “can do” attitude, excellent IT skills and be able to read blueprints and building plans. In additional to a Handyman Skill set, you must be able to forge good working relationships and able to demonstrate excellent customer service to all colleagues, residents and contractors. You will report to the Property Director, due to the nature of the client’s business this is a developing job description and additions or changes will be made as and when the need arises, with full consultation beforehand.
