Our client is seeking someone with experience in the residential property management sector to assist in the day to day operational management of a new build block of flats. First class customer service and communication is the critical element to the role. The Head Concierge will be the key liaison with the residents and Managing Agent. The role relates to planning, delivering and managing the services and being responsible and accountable for ensuring all Health, Safety & Compliance processes and procedures are implemented. Key duties will include managing 24/7 concierge staff and managing front of house reception operations including key and parcel management, managing contractors ensuring they have a right to be on duty, managing the cleaning of the building and grounds and generally to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the property whilst liaising closely with the managing agent. Must have excellent customer service background experience, self-motivation and initiative, excellent verbal and written communication. Must have good IT skills. The Head Concierge must be well presented, organised, confident and hardworking and possess a strong proven track record.
