Our client is a provider of a Property Management related computerised management product for property managers and on site staff within residential apartment blocks and developments.  This is a hybrid role which is office based with remote working plus occasional travel to client properties as required.  Our client is recruiting for a new addition to their Help Desk team.  They are highly positive, supportive and respectful whose core values are innovation, collaboration, and quality of speed of delivery.  The Help Desk Advisor will provide single point of contact response to clients via phone, email and a helpdesk portal in order to effectively communicate with clients and advise on their queries and resolve issues.  The role will involve carrying out troubleshooting and problem solving and develop excellent relationships with clients.  Applicants must have the desire to learn, and possess empathy and understanding of others, good listening and English communication skills, a critical eye for detail and love the challenging of helping solve problems.  Applicants must have an understanding of how customer support help desk services work and have held a similar role perhaps in a call centre or help desk.  The right candidate must be self-disciplined with good time management and able to multi task.
