This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with minimal experience working within a busy, friendly office environment based at a large modern residential development near Ealing Broadway. Duties will include filing, photocopying, answering the telephone and taking detailed messages, updating the computerised database, raising purchase orders for works, booking appointments and updating the diary, recording staff annual leave in the calendar. Must be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook. On rare occasions you may be expected to attend residents evening meetings to help prepare the meeting room with refreshments and conduct any admin tasks needed.
