We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy and lively recruitment agency! You must LOVE people and administration and asking questions and be able to hit the ground running! Responsibilities will include setting up interviews, sharing vacancy information, organising training courses, updating bookings on our in-house system, data entry, updating CVs, taking up references, amending contact details, printing and filing documentation, running reports, scanning, covering reception as and when required and any other ad hoc duties as required.
You must be IT literate, have great communication skills, be confident, have a flexible “can do” attitude and be a great team player. Immediate start!
