Our client is a highly respected, nationwide and leading firm of residential block managing agents and they are looking to expand their team due to lots of new business and are looking for an ambitious Junior Property Manager to join their team. You will need a solid proven track record of independently managing residential blocks of apartments as you will hit the ground running by taking on a portfolio of 250 apartments/8 blocks with a view to ultimately progressing to new build developments.
Core responsibilities will be to deliver the overall property management services to a portfolio of residential buildings, to undertake client care and liaison, to co-ordinate the work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery, to ensure that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits, attending AGM, EGM & RMC meetings, monitoring the collection of service charges to fund necessary works and responding within agreed service level timeframes and prioritising risk management through a full document trail and updating systems in accordance with changes in legislation.
You must have a professional and pragmatic approach, possess excellent communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail. You must also have sound IT skills and have a sound knowledge of current legislation and a strong proven track record. IRPM and driving licence both PREFERRED but not essential.
