On behalf of our client we are seeking for a proactive Multi Trader Operative to join their team at a large residential development in Battersea area. Main duties will include supporting the ongoing maintenance, safety, and presentation of the estate. In this varied role, you will carry out a wide range of planned and reactive tasks, including carpentry repairs, basic locksmith work, roofing and guttering maintenance, drainage and decoration jobs, signage installation, and general building upkeep. You will complete digital reports using the company’s app, identify further maintenance needs, conduct health & safety and security inspections, assist with bin area maintenance, and work closely with the Estate Management team to keep the development running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer focused approach.
