Our clients are seeking an experienced Concierge with exceptional manners and customer service etiquette to take responsibility for day to day front of house operations at a private residential block located within easy reach of St Johns Wood. Hours 7pm to 7am on a 4 on 4 off rota. You will be based in the main entrance lobby of a high end modern private residential block and responsible for reception duties. You will be in close liaison with the Building Manager updating then and consulting with them on a regular basis so you must therefore have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Part of the role will involve valet parking of residents vehicles and therefore in order to qualify for the job you must be over the age of 25 and hold a valid UK driving licence and of course be a very confident driver to be able to manoeuvre both manual and automatic vehicles into car parking spaces from time to time. You will also be handling any reactive maintenance issues and resolving queries or complaints so you do therefore need to have excellent initiative and the ability to take ownership and responsibility for resolving problems with the support and guidance of the building manager. Other regular concierge duties will involve post and parcel management, access control, fire prevention checks, health and safety checks.
