We are looking for a top notch polished, professional and experienced Night Duty Manager at this large residential development in Fulham. As the Night Duty Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development, overseeing the night time operations of the concierge desk, managing on site security operatives, and parcel and key management using a computerised database. The role will also involve assisting in the event of any reactive maintenance issues arising such as passenger lift failure and, calling out engineers, and keeping a thorough written record of activities so that the management team and daytime staff are fully aware of all issues. All candidates must have a solid proven track record within a 5* environment, supervisory experience, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently in a pressurised environment, and be brimming with initiative!
