Our clients have a brand new premium residential building located within easy reach of Deptford and Greenwich stations. They are recruiting a new team of staff to help run day to day operations and help bring a thriving, social and vibrant community feel to private renters. The right team of staff will be smart, confident and eager to assist residents. You will be taking responsibility for the daily operations of the property in terms of front of house customer service, security, health and safety, cleanliness and maintenance. Routine duties will be to provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception facility for residents and visitors, key management, parcel and mail management, ensuring communal areas are kept clean and tidy, dealing with phones, queries, security and health and safety and generally being and efficient “helping hand” in the building.
Candidates must be well presented, have excellent English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, good initiative and self-motivation, customer service skills and a strong proven track record.
