If you are well presented, with great all round communication and interpersonal skills looking to work in the Recruitment Industry, come and join our busy, dynamic team! Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the face of Claibon and the first point of contact for all visitors, candidates and clients as well as answering all incoming telephone etc. You will be a key team player and support 2 Recruitment Consultants who work on a part-time basis and you will arrange their interviews, ensure you have all necessary candidate paperwork and carry out the referencing process of all their candidates as required. Other duties will include photocopying, filing, scanning, data handling, organising couriers, distributing documents and parcels. It will be essential for all applicants to be organised, flexible, punctual, hardworking, able to work under pressure, and enthusiastic and positive in your dealings with enquiries.
You need to be naturally service orientated and must be a real people person. Your role will be to work closely with the Office Manager to ensure its smooth day to day running, so you must be eager to learn and possess sound administration skills, and strong IT and computer skills are essential.
