We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our busy and lively recruitment agency! You must LOVE people, administration and asking questions and be able to hit the ground running! To manage all office systems, procedures and facilities to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office. To continually seek out best practice and more efficient ways of working to enhance office and general business efficiency. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Administrators as well as supporting the Managing Director on an operational level liaising with members of the team, clients, accountants, solicitors etc.
Other responsibilities will include managing and negotiating contracts, organising training courses, attending meetings and producing minutes, liaising with all members of the team with regards to procedural matters etc.
You must have a solid proven track record of successfully managing a team, be IT literate, have great communication skills, be confident, have a flexible “can do” attitude and be a great team player. Immediate start!
