Our client requires a keen and well-presented person with a combination of excellent administration, communication and customer service skills to fit into a team environment working at a private residential development located in North Woolwich.
In this role you will be required to support the Concierge Team by administering the parcel management system by logging in all incoming parcels and recorded letters, sending emails, filing, issuing parcels to residents. General security duties including keeping safe all deliveries (mail/parcels/dry-cleaning) for residents, being responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy office, liaising with the estate security team on all security matters, holding keys in accordance with company policy, and covering reception for the concierge staff.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle conflict effectively, be able to form constructive working relationships and an unflappable nature. Initiative is key in this role!
