Excellent permanent position for someone totally trustworthy to work alone unsupervised to take responsibility for a high end private block of flats in St Johns Wood. Duties will include regular thorough building safety and security checks, maintain access control and liaise with residents and their visitors, and any visiting tradespeople. Check each block from top to bottom and the perimeter of the building for security breaches, litter and packages. Monitor CCTV to ensure the building is safe and secure. Provide flat access with prior agreement to estate agents, visitors etc and log keys in/out. Supervise deliveries to ensure trolley’s etc do not damage the doors, walls and lifts. Caretaking duties will include collecting domestic rubbish and recycling from each apartment, ensure the communal areas are clean, light cleaning duties so therefore this is a dual role combining front of house reception/security duties as well as general basic caretaking too. So therefore the right candidate will be proactive and self-motivated to deliver a professional service to the residents. Applicants must have a strong proven track record and have worked in a position of trust and responsibility before, must have good initiative and organisational skills. You must have excellent communication customer service skills and brimming with initiative.
