Our client’s manage a well establish high end private residence within easy reach of Regents Park and Oxford Street tube stations. Seeking a super polished Day Concierge to work the main reception desk and take full responsibility for the front of house operations of the property in terms of front of house customer service, security, health and safety, cleanliness and maintenance. The rota is based on an average of 42 hours per week on a rolling three week roster whereby you would expect to work one week of 4pm to midnight shifts, one week of midnight to 8am shifts, and by rotation work 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am shifts on the weekends. By rotation you will have some weekends off on a regular basis on the rolling shift pattern and when working weekends you will take time off midweek.
Routine duties will be to provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception facility for residents and visitors, key management, parcel and mail management, dealing with visiting contractors ensuring they have a right to be there, dealing with phones, queries, security and health and safety and generally supporting the Building Manager in ensuring the development is run well.
Candidates must be exceptionally well presented, have excellent English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, good initiative and self-motivation, customer service skills and a strong proven track record.
