Immediate start! An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an organised Property Administrators at this property management company based in Kensington. Previous experience in the property industry would be preferable however our client would consider a candidate with good transferrable skills who is able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic. The role is varied and duties will include being able to handle queries from leaseholders/contractors promptly and courteously, database maintenance, typing communication, ensuring all H&S paperwork is up to date, checking that contractors insurances and paperwork are in place, keeping the management diary current, chasing any late contractors bookings, Purchase Orders, carrying out site visits, and assisting with the smooth running of the office in dealing with residents and contractors. The ideal candidate will be IT literate with a good typing speed for typing up emails and letters and raising works orders (Excel is a must), able to multi task effectively, be eager to learn, show initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
