Experienced and dynamic Residential Block Property Manager required to ensure a complete and effective operational management of a portfolio of residential developments predominantly based in North London. Duties would include dealing with leaseholders enquiries appertaining to the developments, correspondence with lessees/tenants/letting agents in relation to any matters which may contravene the terms of the lease, the production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long term agreements, issuing draft budgets to the Directors for consideration, ensuring that inspections of the blocks are regularly undertaken, ensuring that all necessary contracts and annual inspections are in place, overseeing all insurance requirements, managing and monitoring all external contractors, remaining within Service Charge restrictions, and supporting your team. You must have a good knowledge of the relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines, the ability to multitask effectively under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and initiative. IRPM qualification would be advantageous.
