Our client is a professional firm of residential managing agents who are in need of a Receptionist/Administrator to start asap. This is a maternity cover assignment expected duration until August 2020. The Receptionist/Administrator role will alternate with another person on a rota basis so that each works 50% reception and 50% administration. The main function of the role will be to man the front desk and telephones at all times as well as being the first point of contact of the majority of our clients and assisting the Property Mangers with administrative duties (from printing, typing, filing, placing works orders, mail merging to emailing clients and contractors and following up with 3rd parties.
Applicants must have clear and concise English communication skills, good administrative skills, good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn a bespoke property management system.
