This Senior Concierge role will be working at a large modern residential development in Wandsworth. The Senior Concierge is to be the main point of contact for residents and the property manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the concierge desk; ensuring they create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service to residents and guests. This will be achieved by carrying out day-to-day duties that mainly involve the management of the estate public spaces. Duties will include acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests, managing the concierge and staff rotas to ensure suitable staff cover at all times, arranging staff inductions and training and ensuring that all required health and safety inspections and activities are carried to out to the highest standards.
You must have previous experience working in a high end customer service establishment, a good working knowledge of both building maintenance systems and Health and Safety requirements and legislation, a proven track record of managing staff, and excellent IT skills (including operating CCTV).
