This private residential estate in West London requires a Site Property Manager to be responsible for managing and effectively overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring that all services and activities are delivered with the highest standard and within budget. In addition, you would be expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service to all residents and guests.
Key duties will include conducting regular site inspections and operations, preparing the financials in terms of service charge budget, preparing PPM in liaison with a firm of surveyors, overseeing the works carried out by any external contractors, ensuring that the communal areas of the development are kept clean and tidy at all times, undertaking some light cleaning duties as required in the absence of the contracted cleaner, acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents, guests and other stakeholders, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development.
The successful candidate should have substantial experience in a similar role a good understanding of BMS, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and an excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety Process. IRPM preferred.
