Immediate start for an excellent team player to join a team at a modern residential development close to Canning Town station. Hours expected will be 10am to 10pm on a 4 on 4 off rota with immediate start working at least until January possibly longer. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills and proven ability in a similar front of house customer service role. Duties will include ensuring that the front desk is covered for the duration of the shift, assisting residents, guests and visitors when and where required, logging mail and deliveries, managing CCTV and monitoring the security of the development, answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries, ensuring that the common parts of the building are kept clear of obstructions, reporting any damage to the Building Manager, and carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Building Manager and the Managing Agents. All applicants must be extremely customer focused, able to deal with demanding clientele, have a good command of the English language both written and spoken, be security conscious and have good attention to detail. Must have good computer skills for updating records for keys and parcel management.
