Our clients are urgently seeking for a Temporary Estate Operative/Yardman to cover annual leave for a permanent member of staff. This role is to work at a large private residential luxury apartment’s development in Hampstead area in London. There are 136 apartments with a concierge and a manager on site. You will be responsible for refuse collection from rear stairwells and separating recycling from waste and placing in bins, to clean rear stairs areas on a rolling basis 3 per day (14 total), keeping refuse area clean and tidy including staff toilet located in the same area. All applicants must have good English communication skills as well as good basic health and safety knowledge.
