Reliable and conscientious Waking Watch/Fire Marshall needed at a residential apartment development close to Warwick Avenue tube station. The role of a Waking Watch is to ensure there is sufficient warning in the event of fire to support the evacuation strategy. The Waking Watch will carry out regular patrols of the building inside and out to assess risk, manage incidents, and provide person-centred support to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents throughout the night.
