We have an exciting opportunity in London for someone with a background in the private leasehold sector who thrives in a client facing and customer relationship role. You would be working for one of country’s leading drainage companies and due to the expansion of the business our client is recruiting for a Business Development Manager who will responsible for identifying opportunities to expand their business further. The successful candidate will be a confident team player who is adept at forging and fostering good relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery and building on an already solid existing client base.
Key duties would include identifying suitable opportunities to grow and improve the business, driving new business and effectively managing existing clients, making regular contact with existing clients (calls/email/video conferencing/site meetings), managing and developing existing contact databases, collating and analysing monthly reports detailing risks and forecasting new opportunities, and managing the social media presence for the Company.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in the residential management sector, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise projects, have excellent IT/media management skills, and MUST have a full current driving licence.
