We are seeking an experienced Cleaning/Area Supervisor to join a growing team and help to maintain the highest standards across a portfolio of developments in London. The sites are mostly high-end residential development and duties will change week by week; for example, overseeing the setup and mobilisation of a new client site, or focusing on a more challenging block that requires extra attention. This important role will involve conducting regular site inspections, auditing service quality, delivering hands-on training, supporting new contract mobilisations, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs, Health & Safety and COSHH procedures. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager and Housekeeping Coordinator to resolve issues, re-train teams where needed, and ensure standards never slip as the company continue to grow. To succeed, you will need strong leadership and training skills, excellent communication, the ability to motivate teams and an exceptional eye for detail.
