We are looking for an experienced Cleaner (Communal Area Operative) to join a growing team and help maintain the highest standards across a portfolio of developments in London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the communal areas of the buildings, such as hallways, reception, and lifts, are always clean and welcoming. Your duties will include vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, dusting, and ensuring cleaning equipment is regularly maintained and in good working order. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience, a good understanding of cleaning products, good communication skills and great attention to detail.
