Our client is seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Head Concierge to oversee the daily supervision and coordination of Front of House operations. The successful candidate will lead the Front Desk Team in delivering seamless, 5-star deluxe hospitality in line with the highest of standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task in response to the evolving needs of our Residents and their guests. Must have a strong proven track record of working in a high end establishment either 5 star hotel or high end private residence and must have proven experience of leading and supervising staff.
