As Head Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service to residents and guests, acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries, overseeing the daily operation of the concierge desk, monitoring onsite security, ensuring all visitors are appropriately announced before access is granted, and leading and motivating the concierge team.
