We are seeking a Head Concierge, experienced of line management duties managing a team of day and night concierge staff to work at a busy modern residential development in Croydon. Hours of work are 8am to 6pm Thursdays through to Mondays with every Tuesday and Wednesday as your day off. Your prime responsibility is to supervise and monitor all front of house personnel to ensure that exceptional customer service is achieved. Duties will include, maintaining an effective managerial relationship with staff, organising work rotas in conjunction with the General Manager and setting the daily tasks for the staff, arranging induction training for new staff, monitoring and reviewing all logs and systems of record keeping, dealing with administrative matters relating to the management of the development and staff, overseeing all front of house operations relating to the development, assisting in the development and management of long term maintenance plans, monitoring all matters of a Health & Safety nature, ensuring that the development is patrolled on a daily basis, and collating and overseeing the daily management of records and logs relating to all aspects of the building.
All candidates must have a solid proven track record, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently in a pressurised environment, and be brimming with initiative!
