Physically fit Estate Operative needed at this private residential development near Marble Arch. This is a VERY hands-on manual role and you must be comfortable with being on your feet throughout your shift. Duties will include rubbish removal from outside the residents apartments, rotating the bin stores, and keeping the external communal areas clean and tidy. You must have excellent communication skills, smart presentation, and be proactive in your approach.
