Part Time Caretaker needed at this high end development in Harrow. The role is extremely hands on and is a mix of 50% cleaning and 50% /maintenance of the grounds and repairs. As the Caretaker you will ensure the provision of a high quality of service to all guests and visitors and you will ensure that the development is regularly cleaned, inspected and maintained to a high standard (both internally and externally), in accordance with health and safety requirements. Additionally, you will portray a professional image at all times and will be the first point of contact for all queries related to the maintenance of the development. This role does include heavy lifting/heavy duty tasks from time to time as well as conducting low level repairs such as door closers, door stoppers, replacing lightbulbs, repairing light fittings and other associated repairs required across the development. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning and handyman experience, great organisational and admin skills, excellent customer service, a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation, and a proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out work.
