There are 35 apartments and the role involves daily cleaning of communal areas, monitoring the building and garage, managing waste collection, carrying out routine inspections from roof to basement, and reporting maintenance issues. You will oversee contractors, assist residents with day-to-day requests, maintain detailed logbooks, and respond calmly to incidents such as alarms, lift issues, or emergencies. This position suits someone proactive, reliable, and attentive, with a strong focus on service, safety, and maintaining high standards throughout the property. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong proven track record and ideally have worked in a similar position.
