Experienced and qualified Fire Marshall team required for a large modern residential development in Central London. Hours available are either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am shifts over the next 3 months. Must have a Fire Marshall/Fire Safety Training Certificate. Must be fit enough to climb stairs and conduct constant patrols of the development. The purpose of a temporary Fire Watch / Patroller staff is to allow for a fire patrol to be put in place constantly throughout the shift given the heightened risk of a fire. This means that you will be on the move constantly although dinner breaks are of course provided. Patrols inside the buildings must include all communal hallways, staircases, car park, all landlord & facility rooms, bin rooms and the external perimeter of the property looking for early signs of fire.
